Commercial disputes are usually about money, goods or services. This type of dispute would normally be settled through the Courts with a Win or Lose outcome. Mediators are trained and experienced in helping disputing parties arrive at a commercial settlement that is acceptable to all parties. Mediators do not give legal advice; neither do they try to establish who is right or wrong. They help all parties to achieve a pragmatic and workable outcome. Mediation is fast, confidential, without prejudice, inexpensive and able to generate outcomes that might not be achievable through the court.
